Are you into DIY on a nickel and a dime? I love these posts, and came across two today that inspired:

@franksalot added a post to Current Green (via ecogeek) about using sink water to flush your toilet and @CanarsieBK inspired via Twitter with photos of his wild and wacky amazing firescape urban garden. (I am always curious about if it is safe to grow in plastic containers though…)
